He loves people, enjoys the company of other dogs, and greets new adventures with the confidence of someone who expects life to be interesting.<br/><br/>When Pedro's rescuer first met him, he was dragging his back legs along a dusty road. Most dogs might have felt sorry for themselves. Pedro apparently missed that memo. Instead, he focused on what really mattered: meeting people, enjoying life, and seeing what came next.<br/><br/>Since then, Pedro has been learning new skills, including swimming, which he absolutely loves. He also uses a wheelchair for his outings and has embraced it with the same attitude he brings to everything else: if it helps him get where he wants to go, then let's go.<br/><br/>Pedro doesn't spend much time worrying about what he can't do.
