Pecan loves toys, enjoys playing fetch, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. A meet and greet for the dog / cat and potential adopters either virtually (if pet is not local to adopter) or in person if local. The foster will be involved in this process. 5. A vet is verified 6. Personal references are interviewed 7. Application is denied or approved (can be denied at any stage of the process).
