Pebbles's Story

Meet Pebbles!

If sunshine, confetti, and a tiny tornado of happiness somehow got mixed together, the result would probably be Pebbles.

At approximately 5 months old and weighing in at less than 10 pounds, Pebbles may be small, but she has enough personality to fill an entire house. This spunky little lady greets her favorite people with joyful dances, happy wiggles, and excited little circles before happily melting into your arms for snuggles.

When she's not busy collecting cuddles, Pebbles can usually be found embarking on important backyard adventures. Chasing bugs? Absolutely. Zooming around with dogs ten times her size? You bet. Investigating every leaf, stick, and mysterious outdoor treasure? That's practically her full-time job.

Pebbles gets along wonderfully with other animals and has been making great progress with her crate training. She would love a home where she can continue building her confidence while enjoying plenty of playtime, adventures, and cozy naps.

You may notice that Pebbles has an injury to her eye and foot, but don't tell her that. She certainly hasn't noticed. These old injuries don't slow her down in the slightest, and she approaches life with the enthusiasm of someone who firmly believes every day is the best day ever.

Despite her sweet and loving nature, Pebbles can be nervous around young children and would be happiest in an adult-only home where she can feel safe, comfortable, and understood.

Pebbles is fully vetted and ready to find a family who appreciates tiny dogs with giant hearts, endless charm, and just the right amount of adorable mischief.

If you're looking for a pocket-sized best friend who can make you laugh, shower you with affection, and turn every ordinary day into an adventure, Pebbles is ready to dance her way right into your heart.

NOTE: We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquiries. You must submit an application. Approved applications are required to schedule a meet and greet. If approved our dog coordinator will contact you via text.

We do adopt out of state, however you must be willing to travel to us in south Georgia to meet your new pet. We cannot meet or travel to you.

To apply: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TBDF/Dog

All adopters MUST fill out an application. We do not respond to inquiries submitted through PetFinder. If you have questions about a specific animal feel free to email us, or send us a message on Facebook. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. If you are approved to adopt a member of our team will contact you. Meet and greets are set up by appointment only after you’ve been approved. In most cases you are allowed to take your new pet home after your meet and greet, unless the animal is too young to be spayed/neutered, in which case you will sign up to foster-to-adopt. We do not hold animals so please do not apply or set up a meet and greet unless you are ready to leave with your new pet. Any vetting done at your own vet clinic will be at your own expense. Spay/neuter included in adoption fee must be done by one of our local partner vet clinics, and adopter is responsible for arranging transportation. All animals adopted through TBDF are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and parasite free and up to date on their preventions. All cats and kittens are FiV/FeLV tested, all dogs over 6 months of age are heartworm tested and treated if positive.
