Fill out the adoption application RFV coordinator reviews and sets up a time to meet virtually Once approved we set up a meet and greet If it goes well and they would like to adopt we then send the adoption agreement The adoptor can pick up the pups and then pay the fee on-line. There are times when they pay the fee in advance.
