Pearson is now officially available for adoption. He is a toy poodle, born 6/30/2022, he currently weighs just over 5#. Pearson does have deformed back legs from birth, not an injury. This causes him to bunny hop vs being able to fun. We have videos on our Facebook showing him scooting around, he has zero clue that he is special needs as he "runs" and plays with the best of the. He will need ongoing monitoring from your vet to ensure he remains pain free and living his best life. He is extremely friendly and living and enjoys meeting any new person he's introduced to. He does not require a fence yard, he is only potty pad trained, he cannot go up and down stairs but with his size and love for being carried, it should not be an issue. A home without any small children and only small dogs, are acceptable. He is fantastic with small dogs who don't play rough and he loves cats. Pearson isn't a huge barker and is used to being crated. He did wonderful for the groomer and came back looking spectacular.
