Pearl

Pearl is a sweet, affectionate 3–4-year-old mixed-breed mama (likely terrier/cattle dog mix) weighing 30 pounds. After everything she’s been through, she is ready to be someone’s cherished girl. Pearl is 100% housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and loves being close to her people. She does wonderfully with adults, children, and other dogs, although she would likely be happiest as an only dog or with larger canine companions. When Pearl arrived, she was severely malnourished, so food is still very important to her and she can be protective of it. Her future family will need to be understanding and willing to manage feeding appropriately while she continues learning that she’ll never have to go hungry again. Pearl is current on her vaccines and is being fostered in Round Lake, IL. To meet this sweet gal, please complete an application at tinypawssmalldogrescue.org or contact Juli at 708-822-5797.
