She’s generally a quiet girl, although squirrels can bring out her playful, enthusiastic side! She loves getting out for multiple walks each day and is a wonderful walking buddy. She can get eager on a walk and is learning how to walk without pulling, a harness has been so helpful while she learns and her foster family has already seen improvement.<br/><br/>Pearl is wonderfully social and has been comfortable around dogs, people, and even cats. She’s also a champion snuggler. When she isn’t out exploring the neighborhood, you’ll probably find her curled up on a big pile of blankets and pillows. Her favorite place may just be right at your feet, keeping your toes warm while she snoozes. <br/><br/>One of the things her foster family loves most about Pearl is her beautiful, smooth coat and how wonderfully low-maintenance it is. She’s a lovely companion who brings a calm, comforting presence to the home.<br/><br/>Pearl would love a family who enjoys walks and adventures, cozy evenings, lots of affection, and having a sweet companion by their side. If that sounds like your kind of dog, come meet Pearl! <br/><br/>Pearl is estimated to be 5 years old and 43 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, and have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention.
