Pearl's Story

This sweet soul is our pretty girl, Pearl.

Pearl recently came to us as a stray in rough shape. Her coat was stained, her skin was irritated, and her nails had grown so long that they were affecting the way she stood and walked. It was clear that this gentle girl had been living with a lot of discomfort for quite some time. Sadly, no one came forward to claim her.

Thankfully, Pearl's difficult days are behind her, and we're determined to make sure her future is filled with comfort, love, and care.

Pearl appears to be an older girl with a calm, easygoing personality. She has been super sweet with her caregivers and enjoys spending her days exploring our fenced yard. She's kept a clean kennel, walks beautifully on leash, and seems content soaking up the sunshine and attention.

So far, Pearl has been pretty indifferent to the other dogs at the shelter and would likely do well with another relaxed canine companion. She has not yet been introduced to cats. As always, slow and proper introductions are a must with any new furry family members.

Pearl is ready for soft beds, gentle belly rubs, and a home where she'll never have to worry again. She is available for immediate adoption.
