No sweater can be “ugly” when a cute dog wears it.<br/>We love Peapod in a sweater so much we dressed her up twice. She handled the costume change like a pro too. Peapod is a little shy. She also has some skin irritation going on that caused serious hair loss on her back end. Help us find her love, happiness, and health for the new year and all those to follow.<br/><br/>Chicago Animal Care and Control is located at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL, and is open from 12pm to 7pm daily. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to adopt the day you visit, please plan to arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm will still be able to view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.<br/><br/>All dogs will be spayed/neutered and vaccinated before adoption.<br/><br/>All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers).<br/><br/>We recommend and can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets for your current dog(s) to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s).
