He was underweight, struggling to walk, and clearly in need of help. Today, he’s safe in foster care and soaking up every bit of love — especially when he’s being held like a baby. <br/><br/>Since coming into rescue, Peanut has been through so much:<br/>✔️ Started heart medication (Vetmedin twice daily)<br/>✔️ Been neutered<br/>✔️ Had a full dental (with NO extractions!)<br/>✔️ Had a mass removed<br/>✔️ Recovered from surgery and had his stitches removed<br/><br/>Peanut is now available for adoption, but his future family will need to understand his needs. He has a heart condition (grade 4/6 heart murmur) requiring lifelong medication and monitoring, along with some IVDD, so a calm, careful home is a must.
