For this reason apartment living is not for Peanut.<br/><br/>Peanut is a very sweet, 2yr old, dachshund boy.<br/>He came into rescue when his elderly owner went to the hospital. She was not a good owner, poor Peanut has never been vaccinated and she left a belly band on the poor boy 100% of the time. He has a permanent mark where the belly band was too tight.<br/>We are trying to pit some weight on him but that’s a project for the new family.<br/><br/>Peanut isn’t a good fit for a family with cats. He does like other dogs and he is learning his boundaries.
