She came to rescue from a shelter after her beloved owner entered hospice and family members were unable to keep her. Despite the change, Peaches has remained loving, calm, and full of quiet joy.<br/><br/>At 10 years old and about 15 pounds, Peaches is the perfect size for cuddles—and cuddles are one of her favorite things. She also enjoys leisurely walks, playing with her toys (especially chasing a tossed ball), or simply lying by your side soaking up your company.<br/><br/>Peaches is house-trained and crate-trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and would happily choose a spot on the bed next to you. She’s not a barker, but she will politely let you know when someone is at the door or when she needs to go outside.
