Peaches's Story

Hi. My name is Peaches and I am THE SWEETEST girl EVER!!. I am a Bulldog mix and weigh 35#. My foster mom thinks I am 2-3 years old. I was found as a stray in very bad condition. I was emaciated and my skin and ears were atrocious. My ears had so much black gunk in them that you couldn't even see in them and I had a huge infection in the side of my neck. I am missing hair on my neck that may never grow back because I was so neglected and got into such awful shape.

It doesn't matter that I was neglected probably my whole life - I still love every person and every dog my size or smaller that I meet! I LOVE to play with other dogs my size and, when I have had enough, I will put my foot gently on their head. I even let a 1# puppy in my foster home chew on my toes and my face. I just lay there and let him do it.

I am house and crate trained but, because my skin was so bad, my feet are sensitive and I do not go in the snow - so you have to shovel a place for me to potty in. If you don't, I will go in the house. I will likely have skin issues for the rest of my life so my new family will need to keep on top of it. I am also on an expensive raw food that really should be continued in my new home or my skin would likely get bad again. I do also get a bath with special shampoo weekly.

I am microchipped, spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines and preventative. My adoption donation is $500. If you think you would like me to be a part of your family, email angelpawspet2023@gmail.com
