Do you have a spot on your couch and room in your heart for a girl who will never, ever take either one for granted? Hi, I'm Peaches! I came a long way from the streets of Garland, Texas, and I am so ready to leave that chapter behind. I'm looking for a soft place to land, and I'm pretty sure that place is your living room. I am, at my core, a cuddle bug. Once I feel comfortable with you, I will be right by your side - preferably on the couch, preferably watching TV, preferably with my head in your lap. I'm not picky about the show. I'm just happy to be there with you. I also love a good walk! Getting outside with you is one of my favorite things, and between us, my foster mom says I've got a few pounds to lose - so daily walks are kind of our shared mission. I promise I'll make it fun. About food - I like to eat on my own schedule. I won't cause a fuss, I just prefer to do things in my own time. Put my bowl down and I'll get to it when I'm ready. I'm particular like that. I'll be honest with you about one thing: I take my time warming up to other dogs, and I'd really love a home where I'm the main event. All the walks, all the cuddles, all the couch space? Yes please.
