Patty's Story

Meet Patty ! Patty came to us through the abuse and neglect case we have been working on. Her beginning was heartbreaking, but you would never know it from the joyful, affectionate and ridiculously goofy puppy she is today. Patty loves other dogs and would happily spend her day playing with a canine sibling, but she is also perfectly content entertaining herself with bones, stuffies and puzzles. Once playtime is over, her favorite place is snoozing on the couch. She is incredibly smart, food-motivated and eager to learn. Patty already knows sit, down, paw and recall, and she is working on practicing those skills in new environments. She is easy to manage on leash, loves a good “sniffari” and can keep up with her foster brother on walks. Patty is mostly house-trained, sleeps through the night without accidents and can comfortably spend four to five hours in her crate during the day. She thrives with structure and is continuing to build confidence with crate training. She has shown absolutely no resource guarding or aggression—just plenty of sass, sweetness and puppy energy. Patty is looking for a family who will give her the consistency, playtime and love she should have had from the very beginning. In return, you will get one very clever, very entertaining and deeply lovable best friend. Patty is looking for her forever home! Send us a message to learn more.
