Patsy(wearing red or pink sweater) is a sweet 5 year old Bichon Frise weighing 15 lbs. She is a retired breeder dog who is learning life outside a kennel. She is doing very well with housetraining. Patsy likes the other dogs in her foster home and is very submissive. She will need a secure fenced yard and another gentle dog to learn from. She can be skittish of loud noises and chaos. Patsy is shy with people and takes a while to warm up. She seems to do better with women. She sits in her safe zone which is her dog bed and observes. She loves to cuddle but won't seek it out. She craves love and will give little kisses when being held. A quiet home with another small dog would be her best fit. She seems more secure with another dog and seeks them out to cuddle with. She is doing great on a leash and has learned she can do steps. Patsy is now spayed, had a dental cleaning, is up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She has tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention.
