Meet. Patrick. Patrick came to JoJo's DogHouse when he was an 8 week old puppy and was adopted quickly. He is now one year old and his family has found themselves unable to care for him. <br/><br/>We really do not know his breed mix. When he was a small puppy, we had him listed as Beagle/Lab. But he doesn't really have any Beagle characteristics. His coloring and double rear dew claws have us putting Great Pyrenees in the mix, but his coat is more the length and texture of a Lab. He is about 60 lbs.<br/><br/>He is full of exuberance and loves people. He loves to run, chase, tug, and fetch. He would make a great playmate for an energetic older child or a running companion for anyone. He has good house manners, is house broken and doesn't jump on furniture, but he will counter surf if he can. <br/><br/>He is crate trained, but was crated too much in his former home so he doesn't really like being in one so we try to only use one overnight. He would do best with a large fenced in yard or with someone who wants to take him on runs.
