His coat was horribly matted, so he had to be shaved down in the shelter (before picture above). He will be a beauty when his coat grows out. He may or may not bark when first meeting someone new, so you will need to be patient and give him a bit of time to warm up. When the weather is nice, he likes to run around in the yard and play with his ball. He has not learned to return the ball yet, so maybe his adopter can teach him. He seems to be a smart boy who is eager to please! He is house broken and crate trained.<br/><br/>Patrick is a very sweet boy, and he loves to cuddle with his person on the couch. He would love to sleep in the big bed with his person! He will need some practice walking on a leash and harness but would love to go walking with you.<br/>Patrick is a very active three-year-old and would do best in a home with a fenced yard to run and play. <br/><br/>Patrick is available for adoption 4/1/25. He is vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
