Meet Patches! <br/><br/>Patches is a sweet Maltese mix who is about 1 year old, weighs 13 pounds, and is heartworm negative.<br/>For many months, Patches was seen roaming the streets all alone. One of our adopters reached out and asked if we could help her, and we're so glad they did! When she arrived, her coat was severely matted, so she had to be shaved down. We decided to leave the hair on top of her head and simply trim around her eyes to clean her up. Once her coat grows back, she is going to be absolutely gorgeous! Be sure to check out the photos in the comments to see what she looked like when she first arrived.<br/>Patches is potty trained and learned to use the doggie door very quickly. She is food motivated, loves people, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs.
