Parker is the infamous doggie found in a bag in the parking lot at Petpalooza this year! He's come a long way from the growly boy in a bag! Parker is a lovely, sweet, quiet and PLAYFUL boy! He LIVES to play with you or other dogs! He is constantly offering a play bow to encourage all the play he desires. He is excellent with women, kids, and dogs. He is shy and a bit fearful with masculine men. Men who come off a bit softer are A'OK! He would likely want to play with a cat. He is learning to walk on a leash, be a bit more confident in the outside world. He needs a confident person to guide him when he becomes scared or reactive. He is crate trained and goes outside potty when taken outside regularly. He would love a fenced yard and another playful dog in the home. All adoptable dogs can be met at adoption events hosted every weekend or private meet and greet after application review. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters.
