Meet Pappy

Pappy is a 10 year old Shih Tzu/Springer mix who was confiscated as a neglect case. He and his siblings were living under a tarp in an aquarium. He was used for breeding along with 3 others. In spite of all he has endured this 14 pound cutie is friendly lovable and happy. He is so grateful to be living indoors with a bed and everything else a pet should have. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter vaccinations microchip. This handsome boy has been through so much. Please give him his forever home so he can see what being part of a family is like
