He has settled in well and has shown just how much he loves being close to his favourite person. Whether it's going for a walk or curling up on the sofa, Papi is happiest when he's by your side.<br/><br/>Papi currently lives with both dogs and cats in his foster home. While he can coexist with other dogs, he prefers to be the only dog in the home, as he can be a little bossy with canine companions. He will also bark at cats, so we feel he would be happiest in a home without them to avoid unnecessary stress for everyone.<br/><br/>Papi previously lived with a young boy and may do well in a home with respectful children aged 8 years and older.<br/><br/>Experience with his breed is essential. Like many dogs of his breed, Papi can become protective of the person he bonds with most.
