Pandora's Story

Pandora (aka "Dora," "Dorita")

Meet Pandora, a friendly, cuddly, food-motivated five-year-old Chihuahua who weighs about ten pounds! She's low to moderate energy and people-oriented, and she always wants to be on a lap. She adjusts to new situations calmly and loves to give kisses.

Pandora wants to say hello to everyone, isn't nervous around kids, and will happily crawl onto any lap for pets and belly rubs. She's gentle and friendly with other dogs and will cuddle up and share space with them. She isn't much for chase or toys, so a calm dog is her best match. She's almost potty trained and goes outside on her walks. She knows sit and is working on her leash manners. She's never been heard to bark!

She loves snuggles, belly rubs, and mealtime, and she makes the cutest little grunting noises when she gets cozy.

Pandora would do best with an adopter who can be with her a lot and who will let her sleep in bed. She's a great fit for apartment living in a calm to moderate household, and she'd do well as an only dog or with a calm dog.

**What her foster says about her:**
"This girl can't be kept out of bed! When she is getting comfy she will roll around and snuggle in and make the cutest little grunting noises. She's incredibly social and has no boundaries when it comes to snuggles and laps. She will spread the love at a dinner party for sure."

**INTERESTED IN ADOPTING?**
To adopt apply on our website [www.truenorthrescue.org/adopt](https://www.truenorthrescue.org/adopt) and email adopt@truenorthrescue.org to follow up on your application.

PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO ASK IF HE/SHE IS AVAILABLE.
