Hand-raised around the clock and surrounded by human love, he has grown into an incredibly affectionate, social puppy who forms deep bonds with his people. He is now almost 6 months old and thriving in foster care. ❤️<br/><br/>Panda is also quite the little comedian! He is smart, observant, playful, and curious, with a personality that keeps his foster family laughing.
