Meet Penny,<br/><br/>Penny came to us from a local shelter and needed some time to gain some weight as when she arrived at the shelter she was emaciated. Penny is now at a good weight and ready for adoption.<br/>Penny is already fully vetted and is just looking for her forever home. She is good with other dogs and cats.
