Paloma's Story

Paloma is a 7 year old 10 lbs. chihuahua mix who is currently looking for her fur-ever home. She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and Spayed.

Notes from the foster home:

Say hello to Paloma, an absolute angel of a dog who’s ready to fill your home with quiet affection and gentle companionship. This sweet girl lives for the simple joys: mealtime, a warm spot of sunshine, and all the cuddles you can give. Her favorite place? Your lap. Her second favorite? Right beside you, offering calm, steady comfort.

Paloma is still getting used to stairs—they can be a bit tricky for her, and she’s not quite ready to tackle them on her own just yet. But with patience and practice, she’s making progress, and she’ll thrive in a home where she can take things at her own pace.

She gets along well with other dogs and is happy to share a bed with a furry friend, though she’d rather nap than play. Paloma prefers a peaceful, low-key environment where she can relax and feel safe. She’s not much for high energy—in fact, she politely refuses walks in the cold and is perfectly content with her cozy indoor routine. Already pee pad trained, she’s well-suited to apartment or quieter home life.

Paloma is incredibly sweet, quiet, and has a naturally calm demeanor. She’s the kind of dog who will look at you like you’re her whole world—because to her, you will be. Whether you’re looking for a devoted companion or a little source of emotional support, Paloma is ready to love you just as much as you love her.

Could she be the gentle soul you’ve been waiting for?

All of our dogs are currently in private foster homes if you would like more in-depth information about this dog, please visit our website at:
http://www.fur-everhomesrescue.com/
You can also attend one of our adoption events to meet current adoptable dogs. Events are listed on our website and Facebook page.

Fur-ever Homes Rescue is a registered Canadian Charity run entirely by volunteers and generous donations.

Please follow us on Facebook at www.facebok.com/fureverhomesdogs
or on Instagram: rescuedbyfhr
