Paloma's Story
I am in a foster home and not at the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, submit an adoption questionnaire by email. Learn more hereMeet Paloma, the one-of-a-kind pup who's sure to steal your heart with her stunning blue eyes. This 4-year-old, 47-pound Shepsky/Cattle Dog mix girl is full of spark, a social butterfly who adores meeting new people and soaking up all the love and attention. She also happens to be deaf, but that doesn't hold her back from enjoying everything that life has to offer!

Her foster says Paloma is a bundle of joy with a tail that never stops wagging. A quick learner, she's crate and potty trained, knows how to sit, and politely takes treats. She’s mastering leash skills and enjoys going on pack walks with her giant dog foster siblings. Always up for adventures, Paloma loves going for car rides and gets excited as soon as she sees her harness. In the home she is an independent gal who is respectful, good with houseguests, quiet, and able to relax either home alone or by your side as the perfect work from home buddy. But she's always up for a little tug of war or chasing a ball whenever you want to play!

Paloma is in search of a forever home as a solo dog or with a well-matched dog companion and no other small pets. She'll do best in a quiet neighborhood as busy places can be overwhelming. A high-energy, intelligent working breed mix, Paloma will thrive in a house with a yard or with regular exercise along with mental stimulation.

If you're looking for a special companion that will bring love and excitement to your life, Paloma is the one for you!
