Paco

Paco is a 3-year, 5-month-old Chihuahua/Pit Bull Terrier mix weighing approximately 50 pounds, with short, stumpy legs, a quirky personality, and a smile that's hard to resist.<br/><br/>Paco isn't everybody's best friend, and he's perfectly fine with that! He's shy when meeting new people and prefers to take his time figuring things out. But once you've earned his trust, he's an affectionate, playful little lovebug who enjoys belly rubs, romping around the yard, and spending time with his favorite people.<br/><br/>Paco was surrendered to the shelter in May alongside his mother, Cali, after losing the only home he'd ever known. Cali has since been adopted, and now it's Paco's turn to find his place in the world.<br/><br/>Life can be overwhelming for Paco, so slow, patient introductions are important. He's selective about his canine companions—some he enjoys, others he'd rather avoid. He's shown some curiosity toward cats, but his compatibility with them remains unknown. Paco previously lived with small children, appears housebroken, and keeps his kennel tidy.<br/><br/>Paco does well walking on a leash, especially when wearing a harness.
