Paco's Story
Meet Paco!

Paco is a 12-year-old Chihuahua who has been through quite a journey. He came to us after being found at an abandoned residence by a crew of City of Toledo workers. At the time, Paco was in rough shape-he was unable to walk comfortably and was clearly in pain.

Thanks to an incredible foster home, plenty of TLC, and the veterinary care he needed, Paco is feeling much better and enjoying life again. While he may not be as spry as he once was, he still has plenty of love to give.

Due to his age and overall health status, Paco has not been neutered and will not be undergoing the procedure. He also has luxating patellas and significant dental disease, both of which are being managed with his comfort and quality of life in mind.

Paco is looking for a quiet, understanding home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by love and care. He doesn't need much-just a soft place to rest, a gentle hand to pet him, and someone willing to give a senior dog the second chance he deserves. He's also done well with both dogs and cats, making him a wonderful companion for a variety of households.

If you have room in your heart and home for a special senior, Paco would love to meet you.
