Pacey

Meet Pacey!

This bodacious Boxer/Lab mix weighs in at 62 lbs and has a birthdate of 11/17/2019 which makes him almost 7 years old. In the prime of life with some obvious training under his belt, he is ready to GOOOO. He has the legs of a Great Dane, the head of a Lab (and the nose that can find a single crumb you dropped under your couch last Tuesday) and the body of a Boxer with a tail that can clear a table with one sweep. He knows sit, down, and shake, walks pretty well on a leash and can catch a treat in the air like he's playing outfield for the Mets in '69.

We were told he is good with other dogs, cats and kids, and he has done well with other dogs he's met other dogs here at the shelter. He loves to RUN and enjoys treats of all kinds.

Whether you are looking for a family dog, a loyal companion, or your first pet, Pacey checks all the boxes. If you think he is the big boy you've been looking for, trot on over to our website and fill out an adoption application www.hsmcohio.org

Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough). All dogs adopted must leave with a $21 county license.
