He’s the kind of dog who turns heads on walks—not just for his looks, but for the happy, purposeful way he trots along at your side.<br/><br/>Walks are one of Paboo’s absolute favorite things. Whether it’s a quick stroll around the block or a longer adventure, he’s always ready to go and loves having a job to do.<br/><br/>Paboo already knows how to sit, showing off his smarts and willingness to learn. Like many German Shepherds, he thrives on connection, routine, and having something to focus on, making him a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys engaging with their dog both physically and mentally.<br/><br/>With his loyal nature and eagerness to be by your side, Paboo is ready to be someone’s devoted partner in both everyday moments and outdoor adventures.<br/><br/>Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!<br/><br/>Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $300+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.<br/><br/>Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
