Pablo's Story

Pablo is an 11-month-old large mixed breed pup with giant ears, a giant brain, and an even bigger personality. Equal parts class clown, cuddle buddy, and loyal sidekick, Pablo has a way of making every day more entertaining.

This goofy boy is curious, smart, affectionate, and always involved in whatever his people are doing. Need help carrying laundry? Supervising dinner? Watching TV? Pablo is happy to volunteer for all of it. He loves following his humans from room to room and is always ready for couch snuggles after a day of adventures.

Pablo absolutely loves other dogs and thrives with canine friends. He currently lives with two adult dogs in his foster home and fits right in with the pack. He'd love a home with another playful dog or regular opportunities for doggy playdates and social time.

He's also wonderful with kids and has done especially well with the children in his foster home. Because he's still a young, large pup with some goofy teenage energy, he'd do best with kids who are comfortable around bigger dogs.

Pablo is crate trained, incredibly smart, and eager to learn. He enjoys having both physical exercise and mental challenges to keep his busy brain happy. Like most adolescent pups, he does best with calm, consistent guidance and a family ready to continue helping him grow into the amazing dog he's becoming.

And speaking of personality, Pablo has plenty of it. From his dramatic sighs and oversized yawns to his hilarious little “talking” noises, he's the kind of dog who keeps you laughing without even trying.

Pablo's dream home includes:

Another friendly dog or regular dog playtime
Daily walks, playtime, and enrichment
A family comfortable with a big, young dog
Lots of love, patience, and couch cuddles

If you're looking for a fun-loving best friend with a heart of gold and ears that deserve their own fan club, Pablo may just be your perfect match.

Perfectly Imperfect Pups's Adoption Policy
Once we receive your application an adoption counselor will take a look and reach out with any questions. The team will check personal, vet references and check with your landlord if applicable. Your adoption counselor will then set up a time to talk with you and your family (or anyone else involved in the adoption process in your home). This call is a good time to ask any questions you have. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster of the PIP(s) you are interested in. From start to finish, this process can take anywhere from a few days to over a week (so please be patient!). If everything goes well and you and the foster agree that the PIP you want to adopt is a good fit, we will then finalize the adoption.
