Recently Ozzy celebrated his 6th birthday here at the Center for Pets. We party, he got extra treats, and we sang him happy birthday. But Ozzy deserves to be celebrated for more reasons than one. <br/><br/>His birthday also marked his two year anniversary with us here at the Humane Society. So we want to take the time to celebrate Ozzy, hype him up, give him a boost, and help him get his big break! Every dog deserves a chance to be understood, and Ozzy is no different. He is a sensitive boy, but he is SO easy to understand if you just watch and listen. Being around Ozzy and learning his way of communicating is a rewarding experience in itself. And while body language can be tricky, once you understand Ozzy's, life will be so simple!! <br/><br/>Just what would that life look like? Well take a look at the videos below and you'll see! Movie marathons on the couch, fetch in the yard, and if you don't want to be in the heat Ozzy will keep himself occupied gnawing on sticks or tossing around stuffed toys. Ozzy is nervous around strangers but he isn't reactive so you don't have to worry about the noise! And Ozzy likes other dogs so play dates with friends' dogs is always on the table! Finally, some people adopt dogs to be more active and Ozzy's down for that.. but he is no athlete so he's also fine hanging out at home and sunbathing on the porch like a cat. <br/>Ozzy is not picky, and we'd like to find him a patient environment to take a break in.
