He is a sweet Jack Russell boy that was unfortunately abadoned along with his house mates when his irresponsible owners moved off and left them to try to survive on their own. Fortunatley a neighbor notified authorities and they were picked up by the local city pound. CARE then went to the pound and rescued them. How cruel for anyone to abandon any dogs let alone babies.
