Like many Heelers, he forms strong bonds with his people and is happiest when he is included in everyday life. He would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time, as he thrives on companionship and wants to be a true member of the family. Outlaw is learning to walk on a leash and is catching on quickly. He appears to do best with female dogs that match his energy level and play style, so a meet and greet is recommended if you have another dog. Outlaw is heartworm positive, but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, his treatment is sponsored. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination, and current on his basic boosters.
