At 1 year old, Otter is a very sweet and outgoing young man who adores people and other dogs! This handsome boy will need continued training to be the best boy he can be. Luckily for his adopter, he has two trainers who have offered to continue working with him at no cost once he is adopted. He has a trainer in Boise and a trainer in McCall ready to help him settle into his new life and home.
