He’s a sweet, loving boy with a gentle and happy personality. Otis is playful, affectionate, and absolutely adores attention — he loves being around people and soaking up all the love he can get!<br/><br/>He does great with dogs of all sizes and even gets along well with cats, making him a wonderful fit for many types of homes.<br/><br/>Otis is up to date on puppy vaccinations and will be neutered and microchipped before adoption.<br/><br/>Otis is currently being fostered in NE.
