He has done well with other dogs and would be happy to share his home with a compatible canine companion. Otis is food-motivated, highly trainable, and walks well on leash, responding attentively to his handler. He also still has his puppy energy and can be a bit mouthy when he really gets into his play sessions. He will need an owner who can correct this and properly redirect him. He’s an active breed and will need mental and physical stimulation. He might need a refresher on potty training since he has been in a shelter environment. Otis has previously displayed some guarding over food and toys but has been doing much better.
