Otis (A570489) was found as a stray dragging a heavy chain behind him with no sign of an owner anywhere. He arrived tired, worn down and clearly in need of kindness. Now that he is safe at the shelter, he is waiting patiently for the person who will finally give him the gentle life he deserves. <br/>Otis has tested well with female dogs and is incredibly easy to walk. When we take him through the adoption areas, he completely ignores all of the dogs who are barking at him. He does not react, he does not get worked up, he simply keeps moving forward. He recently had a spa day and enjoyed every second of it. He looks like a whole new dog compared to when he first arrived. The difference is almost unbelievable.<br/>He is a sweet, easygoing boy who has already been through too much. Otis is not demanding, not dramatic and not difficult.
