Meet Otis!
Otis came to us from a rural shelter with mange (NOT contagious). This guy is as sweet as they come! Otis is currently staying at doggy day care and loves other dogs. He is a favorite there!
Otis is 42lbs and 9mos old. He is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped.
Adoption fee is $250.00. Adoption application & home visit required. Must live within 30 miles of Cleveland. Fenced yard required for Otis.
