Cattle Dog mix, male puppyWelcome Ossin from Tulare County Animal Services. He was terrified and shut down in the shelter. Now he’s safe with a CCHDR and all-star foster. Ossin’s very much decompressing but we hope to see some light and soul behind those eyes once he realizes he’s safe.<br/>Ossin (pron. Oh Sheen) is Gaeilge for little deer. And tiny he is. Ossin was thought to be 9 months old, we think it's closer to 6 months, and 25lbs. He is microchipped, neutered, and UTD on vaccines.<br/>If you have room in your home and heart for this shy and gentle soul, we have no doubt he’ll flourish with time and patience.
