Oso's Story

Hi! My name is Oso. I was named by firefighters because I look like a little bear cub. I was found in a box on the side of the road with my umbilical cord still intact. A good samaritan found me and took care of me for a couple weeks before calling animal control.

I am now 5 weeks old (as of May 14th), so I am too young to get vaccines or be adopted. I am working on transitioning from milk to kibble and learning about all kinds of new things: different flooring surfaces, sounds, smells, and how to move my body!

I can get my first set of shots at 6 weeks of age and will be adoptable at 8 weeks (the first week of June)! You can apply for me now though!!!!

My adoption fee is $100 and includes a voucher to get me fixed at Western Trails Vet in Edgewood, NM once I am at least 12 weeks old.
