Whatever the mix, one thing is certain—he’s absolutely gorgeous and has a heart just as big.<br/><br/>Oscar’s story didn’t start the way it should have. He was found tied up and abandoned at a dog park, unsure of the world around him and understandably a bit scared. But thanks to the patience and love of his foster home, this sweet boy has come a long way.<br/><br/>When Oscar first arrived, he was shy and cautious about many things. With time, encouragement, and gentle exposure to new experiences, he has truly blossomed. His foster has taken him on several outings—to places like Hobby Lobby, Lowe’s, and even out to dinner—and Oscar handled it all like a champ. He may still look to his person for reassurance, but he’s learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.<br/><br/>Oscar is very friendly with adults and enjoys being around people.
