Oscar is 11 years-old and weighs 12 Lbs. <br/><br/>He was removed from a "cruelty situation" and is now in rescue. He was a little unsure at first, but he's doing remarkably well now that he's in a safe environment. <br/><br/>He's a very loving dog and warms up to you quickly. He chases cats, so he needs to be in a cat-free home.
