Oscar's Story

Apply to Adopt Me!

Meet Oscar. This dude is ever so handsome with his blonde hair and his swooning deep brown eyes. He is the gentlest of souls who will stick to his person like glue. At around 1 1/2 years old and 23lbs., he has just enough play - paired with an ability to chillax at your side - for an entire day. There is no one who is not his friend upon first meet, making him quite the social butterfly. He is crated trained (sometimes with a little encouragement) for sleeps and when his people are away but much prefers to be free any other time. He is amazing on leash and travels most excellently for car rides, clipped into his harness for safety. Oscar is preloaded with his basic commands, such as sit and be patient or place; he is a smart boy and eager to please and to learn new tricks. He loves hearing how much of a good boy he is. Oscar adores his foster siblings and would do best with a doggy fur friend. Oscar respects the feline fur sibling in his foster family, but will give chase to the resident squirrels - and is reminded that the feline companion is not one. This scruffy boy is the goodest little best friend and can't wait to find his forever active family. He will do best with a fenced yard to run and play in. If you live in the Orlando/Central Florida area and believe you have the perfect home for Oscar, please complete an app and tell us more about your family.
