He is NOT with our rescue but remains with his owner for now. He will only enter rescue if a committed foster steps up. We think he’s anxiety. • Not crate trained Whiskey is described as a love bug who needs structure, training, and an experienced handler. We first have them fill out an application, then we follow up with a phone call. We then move on to a home check. If everything goes well they are allowed to adopt.
