Rosie was very pregnant at the time of rescue and gave birth right at DWB Headquarters. He and his siblings have been lovingly cared for in a foster home, and he is 8 weeks, thriving, and ready for a forever home! Mom is about a 20 lb Chihuahua mix and Dad is unknown. Orzo is the runt of the litter and each step has been just a little harder for him. He was hand placed on the teet, bottle fed, and still works harder to keep up with his siblings!
