We are a local foster home based rescue.<br/><br/>Orville is an adorable little man who will melt your heart with just one look. He is so loving to everyone and he is positive that everyone loves him. We think he might be right about that! Orville is longing for a family that will cherish him for the rest of his life. He loves being invited to join along with his people no matter what the plans might be. It doesn't matter if it's napping on the couch or going for walks...this cutie just wants to be included. <br/><br/>Orville has been friendly towards other dogs and would enjoy a canine companion. He is very outgoing and will do best with a dog that won't mind having a friend. We don't know if Orville has lived with cats but he is so gentle that we don't think he will be disrespectful towards any resident felines. Because he is to tiny and because young children can be quick and unpredictable we are asking for a home without children under 10 years of age.<br/><br/>Orville recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. He also received a dental with a full mouth extraction. He will need a diet of soft foods and treats for the remainder of his life. Orville is 8 years old and weighs 6 pounds.<br/><br/>Please note, we have approximately a 200 mile adoption radius from Stanwood WA for our Senior Dogs. Save-A-Mutt may limit this distance based on the long term needs of this pet. We don’t adopt out of state except to the Vancouver BC area. We don’t ship dogs. Once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA. Canadian adopters must be able to come to Stanwood WA to pick up their dog.
