I’m Oreo, an 11-month-old, 43-pound bully mix from Texas, and I’m just the right size for your heart and your couch.<br/><br/>I’m a curious, affectionate pup who loves to watch the world from the window—dogs, people, squirrels, you name it. I’m super food-motivated and eager to please, which makes training a breeze, especially if treats are involved. I may take a second to figure out what you’re asking, but I always try my best to get it right.<br/><br/>Physical touch is my love language—I’m a total Velcro dog who needs to be close to my people at all times. I adore snuggles, belly rubs, and go absolutely crazy for butt scratches. I’m playful, goofy, and love curling up next to you (or on you, if you’ll let me).<br/><br/>In my foster home, I live with another dog and we get along great. We enjoyed running and playing together at the dog park. I’m fully potty trained and sleep soundly through the night in my crate without any accidents. I’m also good on a leash and enjoy going for walks.<br/><br/>I’ve seen children at adoption events and have done well with them, but I don’t currently live with any. I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d feel about them.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and cuddly companion who will follow you everywhere and always be ready for snuggles, I might just be the perfect pup for you. I’m a great size and will easily fit in your home, on your lap, or right in the middle of a puppy pile.<br/><br/>Could I be the Oreo your life is missing?<br/><br/><br/>Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping. <br/><br/>We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments. Fostering is a rewarding experience for your family.
