MEET OREANA — OUR LITTLE WATER LOVER! <br/>From a scared little girl found abandoned in the Elk River to a happy, friendly pup who is ready for her forever family... look how far Oreana has come! <br/>Oreana and her brother Carter (named after the TV show Dutton Ranch) were abandoned in the Elk River. When they first came to us, they were understandably very frightened. They didn't know that the people who found them were there to help.<br/>But with patience, love, and a safe place to land, these two have discovered that people can be pretty wonderful after all. <br/>Today, Oreana is a friendly, happy puppy who is ready to experience everything life has to offer!<br/>Oreana is believed to be a Labrador Retriever mix, possibly with some Canaan Dog in her family tree. Our vet estimates that she is about 512 months old, and she currently weighs around 30 pounds.<br/>And let us tell you... this girl LOVES WATER! <br/>Give Oreana a kiddie pool and she's happy.<br/>Turn on the garden hose and she's REALLY happy!<br/>Basically, if there's water involved, Oreana is ready to party! <br/>She also loves a good game of tug-o-war with her brother Carter. These two can have a blast playing together, but Oreana is ready to find a family of her own where she can continue growing into the wonderful dog she's becoming. <br/>One of Oreana's favorite things is greeting her foster mom when she gets home from work. She is always excited to see her and can't wait to welcome her home! <br/>Oreana is still a puppy, which means she has a few things to learn. She will need continued leash training and potty training, but she already knows SIT and is eager to learn more. <br/>Her past may have started with fear and uncertainty, but Oreana is learning that life can be full of love, playtime, water, belly rubs, and people who won't give up on her. <br/>Now all she needs is a forever family willing to continue showing her just how wonderful life can be. <br/>Oreana is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, on flea and tick prevention and micro-chipped.
